Card Banks

Card banks decide what format of credentials you can use at an Alloy Access sites.

1. Navigate to the Card Bank page located on the left-hand side

2. Click Add Card Formats

3. Enter a Name (e.g. Car Tags, Fobs)

   1. Emojis are supported for use

4. Set the Format field to the card format you would like to use (Note: The Standard 26-bit is the only one supported at this time)

5. Enter both the first and last number of the card number set in the First Number and Last Number fields (e.g., 1 and 1,000,000)

6. Set the Offset field to the desired number

7. Set the Facility Code field to the corresponding facility matching the card set

8. Click Save to apply the changes

Delete a Card Bank

1. Go to the Card Bank page on the left side.

2. Click the Trash Can icon on the right side.

3. The card bank will move to pending delete.

4. Sync the controllers to complete the deletion.

Make sure no cards are assigned to any members in that card bank. You cannot delete a card bank until all credentials in it are removed.
