Delete Members

Delete members at an Alloy Access site

To delete a member follow these steps:

1. On the members page click the Garbage Can icon on the row of the member you would like to delete.

2. Select Delete from the popup seen below:

When you delete a member, the system removes all their credentials and updates the controller hardware to revoke access if the site is currently online. If the site is offline the credentials will be deleted once the site comes online again.
