Credentials are tapped at Alloy Access readers to identify who the member is.

Create Credentials for Members

To manually add credentials from the Members page:

1. Click on the Add Credentials button on the Credentials section

2. Select the Credential Type, either PIN Code, Card or Mobile

   1. PIN Code will give you the option to create your own custom code, or have one generated at random. You can also choose between permanent and temporary time restrictions

   2. Card will allow you to enter the card/fob number within the range of the previously configured card bank, as well as the facility code

   3. Mobile will allow you to generate a temporary or permanent Bluetooth credential. Member phone number is required.

1. Under Time Restrictions select either Permanent or Temporary

   1. Permanent: This user will always have access until removed

   2. Temporary: This user will have specific access based on a set schedule where you can select the start and end date, along with the time

1. Click Save to apply changes
