Admin
Admin permissions have access to all features & sites within an organization
Channel Partner
Channel Partners have admin permission level but only for a select number of sites within a org. These sites are added and removed by admins to control which site channel partners are installing or support.
Manager
The Manager permissions grants Site Users access to configurations, standard workflows, credentials, and other tabs that impact their standard day to day site management. For a more detailed breakdown of manager vs. admin permission, please see the guide here.

FAQ
Who would qualify for Manager Role Permissions?
Property Staff at a Single Location: This team is dedicated to managing and operating a single property, focusing on site-specific issues and resident needs.
Property Staff that Manage Multiple Locations: These staff members oversee operations across several properties, coordinating management practices and ensuring consistent service quality across locations.
SmartRent Support Team: This team provides technical assistance and support for SmartRent solutions, aiding both property staff and residents in optimizing their use of smart home technologies.
Important things to note before giving Manager Permissions:
These users will have access to control doors and grant access to the property. Please ensure not to grant access to anyone who should not be able to access the whole property. Current manager profiles do not support cross organization users. Users that need access to multiple organizations will need a login per organization.
