Cloud bridges connect Alloy Access's cloud services to onsite hardware.
To set up the communication between a cloud bridge and an LP1502 Mercury controller, connect the cloud bridge and the LP1502 to the same TCP/IP network using a network switch. For more information on networking requirements and how to configure your firewall for communication between the cloud Bridge and Alloy Access cloud, visit our networking requirements page.
Select Cloud Bridge from the left-hand navigation menu
Press the Add Hub button and enter the Cloud Bridge serial number (barcode sticker located on the device) in the Serial field with the prefix of RBN (e.g., RBNXXXXXXXX)
Click the Save button
Please reach out to our support team if you have any questions on networking or finding a cloud bridge serial number! This is a required step and critical to making sure the system functions as designed.

Delete a Cloud Bridge
To delete a cloud bridge:
On the cloud bridge page click the Garbage Can icon on the row of the cloud bridge you would like to delete.
Select Delete from the popup seen below:
The cloud bridge must be online in order for it to be deleted
