Sites

The first step to using Alloy Access is to create a site for your property.

Get started with a new site by creating a site

Upon log in, on the Sites screen, you'll see all your properties, such as apartments, commercial spaces, or any other property you manage online. Alloy Access helps you manage all these real estate assets in one place. On this screen, you can view, edit, or add sites.

This sites table is broken into 3 sections:

• Name of the Site

• System Type: Alloy Access or Salto

• Actions: Ability to edit the site

Creating a Site

1. Click on the Add Site button in the top right corner

2. Type in the Name for the property

3. Select the System Type for the property

   1. Available options include Alloy Access or Salto

4. Select the Timezone this property is located in

   1. 🚨This is crucial to ensure schedule functions work properly🚨

   2. Need a timezone we don't support? Contact Alloy Access Support

5. Click Save and you will navigate back to the Site screen where you can click on a site to add members
