Create Members
Create members manually & learn about the custom field options available in Alloy Access.

There are two ways to add members. You can add multiple members and credentials at one time by using the Import page or you can add them individually using the Members page.
The following details are shown on the members' list view:
First Name
Last Name
Email
Phone Number
Access Levels
You can search for members by filtering for:
First Name
Last Name
Nickname
Email
Phone
Access Levels
Has Access Levels
Has Credentials
Has Mobile Credentials
Assigned PIN

Click on the member’s name to view more details.
Member details will show the following information:
First Name
Last Name
Email
Nickname
Phone
Location
Title
Department
Created Date
Credentials
Doors and Access Levels

Steps for adding members individually:
On the Members page click on the Add Member button
Fill in the contact information for the member you want to add in the corresponding fields and click Save
