Create Members

Create members manually & learn about the custom field options available in Alloy Access.

Members Table

There are two ways to add members. You can add multiple members and credentials at one time by using the Import page or you can add them individually using the Members page.

The following details are shown on the members' list view:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email

  • Phone Number

  • Access Levels

You can search for members by filtering for:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Nickname

  • Email

  • Phone

  • Access Levels

  • Has Access Levels

  • Has Credentials

  • Has Mobile Credentials

  • Assigned PIN

Members Table Filter Options

Click on the member’s name to view more details.

Member details will show the following information:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email

  • Nickname

  • Phone

  • Location

  • Title

  • Department

  • Created Date

  • Credentials

  • Doors and Access Levels

Member Details

Steps for adding members individually:

  1. On the Members page click on the Add Member button

  2. Fill in the contact information for the member you want to add in the corresponding fields and click Save
