It features an 13” touchscreen display, stainless steel housing, and IP66 outdoor rating. It can be flush mounted, wall mounted, or pedestal mounted. The intercom supports audio and video calls via the SmartRent App, remote gate unlock for residents, speed dial option for quick communication with the leasing office, and PIN codes for residents, guests, vendors, and more. It can be powered by 12V DC or Power over Ethernet (PoE).
